| As part of our service to our customer, we provide service warranty to the printer bought from us. If problem is non-hardware related, normally we can fix it on our office and it is free of charge as part of our service, provided client present proof of purchase and that unit is within service warranty period. Example for non-hardware related problems are cis tubing problem, software reset. Cleaning of printer is not part of service warranty.
If problem is hardware related, we will bring the defective unit to our partner service center first, where in "no fix no pay" system is applied. There are instances that it is not feasible to repair, or non-availability of parts. In which case, if clients request, second option is to bring it to epson service center/authorized service center, wherein checkup fee is applied whether fixed or not, plus parts replaced. Due to heavy workload, generally we dont receive defective printer not bought from us for repair.
