Combo Heat Press Machine Introduction

CAUTION:

1. For continued protection against fire, disconnect power-supply before using the machine; check the power-supply grounded connection well before using.

2. Disconnect power-supply before replacing different function heat units

3. Put in the object going to be pressed, close up the pressure handle and rotate the adjusting screw to get a proper pressure.

4. The surface of the heat unit is hot during heat pressing;
do not touch them without proper protection.

BASIC PREPARATION BEFORE USING

1. Plug the three-core power line into the outlet; check whether the power supply is in conformity with the rated voltage of the machine, there should be a reliable grounded wire for the power supply.

2. Put in the object going to be pressed, close up the handle and rotate the adjusting screw to get a proper pressure (the pressure of the mug press unit is a screw.)


3. Turn on the power switch, and the instrument board will display the temperature.


4. Set the temperature and time according to the table below and get the specific corresponding temperature and timing setting.

Temperature set-up according to paper type:
Sublimation paper: 30~70sec
T-shirt transfer paper: 20~30 sec

Learn to set the temperature and time

1. Press the SET key once; see the “blinking number”. Press the arrow“<”or “>” to set the heating temperature. Press set key again after keying the desired temperature.

2. Press the ST key once, see the “blinking number”. Press the arrow“<”or “>” to set the desired time. Press st key again after
keying the desired timer.

Attention:

The heating temperature should be set between 180 – 185 depends on the paper desired set up.

Operation:

1. T-shirt and plate:
Close up the pressure handle, preset the corresponding temperature and timing for the object that is going to be pressed, it needs a few minutes to achieve the initial heating temperature. When the temperature achieves the initial heating temperature, it will turn into constant temperature status automatically. Pull up the handle, put into the object and close up the handle. press the switch located at the bottom right of the digital box for timer, then close up the pressure handle, wait for a few times(set),you will hear a hint sound, the pressing is finished, pull up the pressure handle, press the switch again to turn off the timer. Do the next object or turn off the power

2. mugs, tiles, metal board:
Preset the corresponding temperature and timing for the object that is going to be pressed. put into the object, close up the pressure handle, Press the executive key, the temperature will straight to achieves the highest heating temperature, wait for
a few times(set), you will hear a hint sound, the pressing is finished, pull up the pressure handle, press the executive key. Do the next object or turn off the power.

3. Caps
Close up the pressure handle, preset the corresponding temperature and timing for the object that is going to be pressed, it needs a few minutes to achieve the initial heating temperature. When the temperature achieves the initial heating temperature, it will turn into constant temperature status automatically. Pull up the handle, put into the object and close up the handle. press the executive key, then close up the pressure handle, wait for a few
times(set),you will hear a hint sound ,the pressing is finished, pull up the pressure handle, press the executive key. Do the next object or switch the power off.
